- A credit code will be issued to the purchaser and any booking using the code will redeem an iGUIDE/package and deplete the credit appropriately.
- iGGUIDE/packages purchased using a buy now & save code are non-refundable.
- Coupon Codes are only valid for properties up to 2500sqft. Additional square footage will be charged separately and can not be paid for using the credit.
- Deluxe or Premium bundles are not interchangeable.
- If a refund is requested prior to all iGuides being redeemed, each completed iGUIDE will be charged at full price and the balance of the credit will be refunded.
